Jessamine Photography – Terms of Service

1. Services

Jessamine Photography, LLC provides professional photography services including, but not limited to, portrait sessions, event coverage, automotive photography, digital image galleries, and print sales.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit (50% of the total package price) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment can be made through Pixieset’s secure payment processor.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Sessions may be rescheduled once, with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to photographer availability.

• In the event Jessamine Photography must cancel due to illness, emergency, or conditions outside of control, all deposits will be refunded or applied toward a rescheduled date.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

All images remain the copyright of Jessamine Photography, LLC. Clients receive personal use rights for prints, digital sharing, and social media. Commercial, editorial, or advertising use requires a separate licensing agreement. Altering images (filters, edits, cropping out watermarks) without permission is prohibited.

5. Image Delivery

Edited galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks of the session. Galleries remain active online for 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Jessamine Photography is not responsible for expired links or undownloaded files after the hosting period.

6. Liability

While every reasonable care is taken, Jessamine Photography, LLC is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, technical malfunctions, or client injury/property damage during a session.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, with venue in York County courts.
